Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within Canada only.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier disruptions beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and applied to your order total.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. GLO WITH LUMIÀ is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We ship within Canada only.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at the email below.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. GLO WITH LUMIÀ is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Pre-Order Items

Some items in our store may be available for pre-order. Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock but can be purchased in advance to secure your order.

Please note the following for pre-order purchases:

Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available — we process and dispatch all pre-orders as quickly as possible
Pre-order items are charged in full at checkout
Once your pre-order item is ready to ship, it will be processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days
Standard and Express shipping rates apply once the item ships
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them together or separately depending on availability — we will do our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible
We will notify you by email once your pre-order item has shipped and your tracking number is available
